 2.     (Idn) Apakah pemakalah yang abstraknya tidak lolos juga mendapatkan email konfirmasi dari panitia?

 Ya, semua presenter mendapatkan email konfirmasi, baik lolos maupun tidak lolos.

 

(Eng)Will presenters whose abstracts are not selected receive a confirmation   email from the organizing committee?

 Yes, all of the presenters including those whose abstracts are not selected will receive a confirmation email.

 

 3.     (Idn)Apakah full paper wajib ditulis menggunakan bahasa Inggris?

 Ya, full paper wajib ditulis menggunakan bahasa Inggris.

 Yes, a full paper should be written in English

 

 4.     (Idn)Apakah presenter wajib presentasi menggunakan bahasa Inggris?

 Presenter boleh menggunakan bahasa lain selain bahasa Inggris, namun alangkah lebih baik jika presenter menggunakan bahasa Inggris ketika presentasi.

 

(Eng) Should presenters deliver their presentation in English?

 Presenters may deliver their presentation in other languages than English, but it will be much appreciated if they deliver it in English

 

 5.     (Idn)Bagaimana cara mendapatkan LoA jika LoA di web tidak dapat diunduh?

 Bagi presenter yang tidak dapat mengunduh LoA dari system, LoA akan dikirimkan melalui alamat surel masing-masing.

 If you fail to download LoA from the web, you can have us send it through your email address.

 

6.     (Idn)Apakah semua peserta dan presenter mendapatkan surat undangan?

 Ya, semua peserta dan presenter mendapatkan surat undangan dari panitia.

 

(Eng) Will all of the presenters and participants of this conference receive an invitation?

 Yes, all of the presenters and participants will receive an invitation from the organizing committee.

 

7.     (Idn)Siapakah pihak yang akan mendapat sertifikat? Apabila penulis artikel lebih dari satu orang, apakah semuanya mendapat sertifikat?

 Semua bisa mendapatkan sertifikat, dengan catatan semua mendaftar, melakukan pembayaran sebagai presenter dan mempresentasikan makalahnya. Akan tetapi, jika yang mendaftar dan membayar hanya satu orang, maka yang mendapat sertifikat hanya satu orang.

 

(Eng) Who will receive a certificate If the paper is written by more than one author?  Will all of the authors receive a certificate?

 All of the authors will receive a certificate if they register, make payment as presenters and deliver their presentation. If only one person registers, makes payment, and delivers his/her presentation, he or she will be the only one who will receive a certificate. 

 

8.     (Idn)Apakah artikel yang lolos, penulisnya sudah membayar, tapi berhalangan hadir saat acara, masih bisa dimuat dalam prosiding?

 Tidak bisa, karena artikel wajib dipresentasikan. Presenter akan mendapatkan masukan dan review terkait artikel yang telah disubmit. Presenter harus mengembalikan artikel yang telah direvisi kepada panitia untuk ditindaklanjuti untuk  publikasi.

 

(Eng) If the selected paper is not presented because the author cannot attend the conference to present it for some reasons but he/she has made payment, will it be published in the proceeding?

 No, we are afraid, it will not, because the paper should be presented to be published. Presentation is part of the process for publication in which the presenters will receive feedback and reviews from the audience. The presenters should resubmit the revised papers to the organizing committee for further process of publication.

 

9.     (Idn)Apakah presenter yang lolos, membayar biaya pendaftaran, tetapi berhalangan hadir saat acara, mendapatkan sertifikat dari panitia?

 Tidak bisa, karena sertifikat hanya diberikan kepada presenter yang hadir dan mempresentasikan artikelnya.

 

 (Eng) Will the presenters of the accepted papers to present in the conference, who have paid for their registration, and yet cannot attend the seminar for some reasons,  receive a certificate?

 No,  they will not and they cannot have the certificate because it will only be given to those who attend and present their paper.
