Submission System
Submission of Abstract
[IMPORTANT] To submit their abstracts, authors must create an account first. They can then submit their abstracts via the account. After receiving a Notification of Abstract Acceptance, the authors will be able to submit their full papers*. The author instruction and paper template can be downloaded from the download page. The whole submission process is done fully online (NOT by email) to guarantee smooth administration. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Letter of Invitation (LoI) can be downloaded directly from authors' accounts once their papers are accepted to be presented at the conference.

Creating an Account
Select the link "Create User Account" at the top right of the homepage and fill in the form provided.
Note: One account may submit more than one manuscript title.
Payment of Registration Fee
[IMPORTANT] After making the payment, authors MUST upload the payment proof through their accounts (NOT Email). Authors can upload by logging in to the online system. Payment receipts can be downloaded directly from authors' accounts once the payment have been confirmed by the committee.

Notes:
- Eligible presenters are those who present their paper (individually or in team) and pay the registration fee for each paper they present.
- Selected papers will be published in internationally indexed proceedings.
- Fee for publication in internationally indexed proceedings is IDR 1.500.000 or USD 300.
Conference Proceedings
All submitted conference papers will go through a blind review process. The post conference proceedings will be published by Atlantis Press, The Netherlands, and internationally indexed in the Google Scholar and Thomson Reuters. The conference abstract books and certificates of presentations will be distributed to participants at the conference registration desk.
