MALPRACTICE STATEMENT
The publication of an article will go through a peer-reviewed process to support the scientific method. The authors should ensure that the submitted paper is an original work and has not been published in other publication outlets. Proper acknowledgment of others’ work must always be given. If the authors have cited the words of others, they must ensure that the sources have been appropriately cited or quoted. Information obtained from other sources must be reported with permission from the source. All authors should ensure that there are no potential conflicts of interest in the publication of the paper.
PUBLICATION PROCESS
Participants submit their manuscripts via the conference management system on the website. Submitted papers will undergo a single-blind review process. Before the review process, the editorial team will brief all authors on the review process in a virtual meeting. Each reviewer will assess papers against specific criteria, including relevance, contribution to the academic debate, structure of a research paper, appropriateness of methods, clarity of discussion and conclusion, relevance of illustrations, standard of English, adequate references and citations, and a similarity-checking report. Reviewers will also identify manuscripts potentially suitable for publication in journals*. Afterwards, peer-reviewed manuscripts will be returned via the system to the first author's account. Authors will have time to revise their manuscripts and resubmit them to the committee via the website. During the revision stage, selected authors will be invited to participate in coaching sessions for journal publication. In the meantime, manuscripts to be published in the proceedings, with revisions that match the reviewers’ comments, will enter the final editing process (form template, layout review, proofreading, metadata creation, etc.). After passing final editing, manuscripts and other necessary data will be sent to the publisher for publication.
